Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp Green Chilli
- 2.0 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2.0 cup Curd
- 1.0 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Salt
- 1.0 tsp Cumin Powder
Cooking Steps
- Place the plain curd in a large bowl or blender. Whisk or blend it thoroughly until it is completely smooth and free of any lumps.
- Add the roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, green chili, mint, and coriander to the smooth curd. Mix briefly to incorporate the flavors.
- Pour in the cold water. Using a traditional wooden churner (madhani), a wire whisk, or a blender, churn the mixture vigorously for 1-2 minutes until it becomes light and a layer of froth forms on top.
- Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with an extra pinch of roasted cumin powder and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
